Greensboro, NC – 06/01/17 – Tracks Bazaar – Chair Affair Auction

Chair Affair is a biennial art auction supporting The Barnabas Network. This year’s silent auction will feature the works of regional artists asked to refurbish, decorate, and create art from furniture donated to Barnabas. The auction will also include beautiful paintings from local artists, new furniture, rugs and other exciting items and services from local companies.

The event is set to be an outdoor party at the new and trending Tracks Bazaar, located at the southern end of downtown Greensboro. The night will feature live music by the amazing and diverse talents of SAM FRAZIER and an opening set by the prolific local singer/songwriter DEAN DRIVER. The evening will be complete with delicious food and an open bar including draft beers provided by Pig Pounder Brewery.

The proceeds from the Chair Affair will provide vital funding for local Greensboro based non-profit The Barnabas Network. The Barnabas Network provides basic home furnishings at no cost to qualified families and individuals who are transitioning out of homelessness, recovering from a major setback, fleeing domestic violence, or living with incomes that cannot cover basic needs. Last year the organization served 815 families and provided beds for 443 children. The Barnabas Network is funded solely through the gifts of private donors, foundation support, and fundraising events like the Chair Affair.
